Biography:

Molka ABBES has been Associate Professor of Marketing at NEOMA BS since 2004. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Université Panthéon Assas. Molka specialises in Relationship Marketing and teaches courses on Experiential and Sensorial Marketing, Customer Relations, Services Marketing and Research Methodology. She also holds a visiting professor post at the University of International Business and Economies (UIBE) in Beijing, China. Molka is a member of Smart Products & Consumption Research Institute (SPoC) and publishes papers and research on subjects covering the Concept of Trust in Relational, Experiential and Sensorial Marketing.
