The Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Dr. Lior Shaltiel is a faculty member at the Business School, and is serving as head of the BioMed MBA program. Dr. Shaltiel is an entrepreneur specializing in chemical engineering, molecular biology, electrophysiology, pharmacology, and drug delivery systems.
In addition to his academic work, Dr. Shaltiel is CEO of NurExone Biologic, Ltd. He has worked for several nanomedicine development companies, including LipoCure and Ayana Pharma. Before joining NurExone, he served as the VP and Partner at China Boutique Investment Bank, operating in Israel and mapping the diverse investment and opportunities in the Israeli medical industry.
Dr. Shaltiel teaches various courses in the field of BioMed, and entrepreneurship in medical technology and general medicine.
