Prior to joining The Bail Project, Lily worked for the Robina Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice, the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (the state’s Statistical Analysis Center), and worked at the University of Cincinnati Corrections Institute as a graduate research assistant training trainers in Effective Practices in Community Supervision (EPICS), an evidence-based supervision practice, supporting local and statewide implementation. She has taught undergraduate courses at the University of Cincinnati and DePaul University and graduate-level courses at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Lily currently serves as an editorial board member for the American Probation and Parole Association’s semi-peer review journal, Perspectives.

In her free time, she enjoys checking out new restaurants, crocheting, traveling, reading, and getting outdoors when the Chicago weather cooperates.
