Bayes Business School

Li Xue Cunningham is a lecturer in HRM and Chinese Management. Previously, she was an RCUK Research Fellow at Centre for Asian Businss and Management, Cass Business School. She received her B.A. in economics, and Ph.D. in management from Cass. Before Dr Cunningham embarked on her research career, she worked as a manager for several large Chinese corporations in international business. Dr Cunningham’s main research interests lie in the areas of international and comparative human resource management, gender and diversity management, private enterprise business and development, especially in China. Her work has been published in the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Business Review, Personnel Review, International Handbook of Entrepreneurship and HRM, Handbook of Technology Management and Management through Collaboration as well as presented at the Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and International Industrial Relations Association conferences.

Qualifications

BSc in Economics, MBA and PhD in Management.
