Biography
Antwerp Management School
A graduate in labor law (KU Leuven, 1993), with a specialization in social law (ULB, 1994) and in human resources management (Ehsal Management School, 1995), Kurt Van Raemdonck can boast of a wealth of experience in the HRM in the public sector.
In particular, he was Director of Training & Development at the FPS Interior, before moving there as Director of Budget & Finance, then as an advisor in the area of Business Process Reengineering, Modernization & Change. From 2004 to 2009, he was the HRD (Director of Personnel, Organization and Logistics).
From 2009 to 2011, he was Chief of Staff to the Minister of Civil Service, before joining the Federal Public Service Finance, where he successfully modernized. Kurt Van Raemdonck is also a visiting professor at the Antwerp Management School.
