Research Interests

Research is the cornerstone of any successful university and is the primary standard by which a university and its faculty are measured. Recognizing her obligations to our students and the university to maintain the currency, to the academic discipline of management to contribute new knowledge, and to managers to help them solve problems, Dr. Khalizani continuously strives to: * Develop and identify theory-based links between management practices and relevant work outcomes in light of human resource management and organizational behavior. * Identify opportunities to integrate theoretical and methodological issues across disciplines, such as vocational behavior, and the human dynamics of occupational safety. * Promote collaboration with others, not only to enhance self-development but also to develop others. * Share findings widely, such as embedding in-press findings in lectures to expose students to cutting-edge advances in understanding employers and employee relationships, as well as best practices in human resource management and organizational behavior.

The course plan is designed to emphasize the application of critical thinking skills to foster sustainable, deep learning and the use of collaborative learning skills to facilitate real-world problem-solving.The instructional process is designed to help students develop research and problem-solving skills that can be readily transferable across disciplines as they engage in the learning of content materials.
