I joined SOAS, University of London in 1993. I am currently a tutor / researcher at the Centre for Financial and Management Studies (CeFiMS) and a Visiting Researcher at Kobe University in Japan. In 2020 I became a Professor at Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan. My areas of practical expertise and professional qualification include intenational human resource development (talent management; leadership development) and mentoring for individual career development.
