Associate Professor & Distinguished Faculty Fellow of Management Information Systems
Associate professor at Smith School of Business, Kathryn had lead the development of the strategy execution, project management, and project leadership curriculums since she arrived in 2003. She is co-author of Project Leadership: Creating Value with an Adaptive Project Organization.
Her leading edge research explores the impact of technology on strategy execution, project leadership and service innovation and has been published in premier journals including the Decision Sciences, Harvard Business Review, MIS Quarterly Executive, and Communications of the ACM. Kathryn is currently leading a research program entitled Systems Leadership: Understanding the Value of Interactions in Healthcare that aims to improve the patient experience with a focus on better management of interactions in Canada’s healthcare system.
Dr. Brohman entered academia after working with Sun Microsystems of Canada and regularly collaborates with a number of leading organizations including Dare Foods, Molson Coors, Bell Canada, Bank of Montreal, Delta Airlines, Cargill, Butterball Farms Inc., TripIt.com, Access Copyright, and Community Care Access Centre (CCAC).
