Jon Pope

I'm a coach and facilitator, specialising in management, leadership and business consulting. I work as an executive assessment specialist, and deliver Level 3 and 5 Apprenticeship programmes in management for a range of providers.

I have twenty years of consulting experience in learning and development, people management and communications, covering automotive, pharmaceuticals, IT, professional services, retail/fmcg, financial services and the public sector.

My clients include Allianz, BMJ, East Sussex County Council, JLT, MetLife, Mindful Education, and Waitrose. I also work as an associate consultant for various learning organisations, business schools and assessment services, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Institute of Leadership and Management, and the Chartered Management Institute.

I formed Barker Dewson Ltd. to allow myself and a small network of experienced associates to deliver high quality consulting services at affordable cost to the small and medium-sized business sector. I am a member of the Institute of Consultants, and Barker Dewson compliant with ISO9001 Quality Standards.
