CURRENT POSITION

Jian is founder and CFO of Turning Point Solutions. Turning Point provides CFO services such as planning, budgeting, accounting advisory and training to start-up, small and midsize business owners. Jian is also an adjunct professor in the Gabelli School of Business and the Director of the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Exam Preparation program in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies, at Fordham University. Jian is a recipient of the Dean's Award for Excellence in teaching at the Gabelli School, and a nominee for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Teaching at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College.

PAST POSITIONS

Prior to starting Turning Point Solutions Jian served as a Director in the Financial Management Group at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company where she managed MetLifes International Technology financial portfolios. She partnered with CFOs, CIOs and other key stakeholders to develop best practices to drive financial results, financial analysis, long term planning and asset management. Jian has served as a consultant to Soros Fund Management, performing a due diligence review on the Quantum Endowment Fund`s performance reporting. Jian has also held posiitons at ABN Amro, Merrill Lynch, Societe Generale and Dreyfus.
