Jennifer Koogler

Jen Koogler is a senior editor and proposal coordinator at earth science and engineering firm Aspect Consulting. Her technical editing duties range from proofreading memos and contracts to editing 100+ page reports documenting remediation strategies to clean up contaminated soil at the site of a future affordable housing development.

As a marketing coordinator, she collaborates with project managers to draft persuasive proposals that clearly demonstrate how their technical expertise will benefit clients. Jen works one-on-one with writers to address big picture issues of clarity, organization and formatting, then zoom in on details like grammar and style. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from The Evergreen State College and an Editing Certificate from the University of Washington.
