Jared Lee

Jared is a Senior Consultant at Juniper, a boutique consulting firm focused on the intersection of strategy, innovation, and culture. He helps clients make data-driven decisions to achieve their goals and to work more effectively, both internally and with their customers. He has broad experience in the education, transportation, and non-profit sectors.

Jared is also an instructor, regularly leading seminars for the McGill Executive Institute, the Max Bell School of Public Policy, and the Desautels Faculty of Management. Topics have included strategic thinking, complex problem solving, effective communication, design thinking, and change leadership.

Prior to his current role, Jared worked as an Associate at Oliver Wyman and as a corporate strategy analyst at Bombardier, preparing guidance for senior executives. As an aerospace engineer at Boeing and General Electric he contributed to the design and commercialization of new products. Jared also helped to build PeaceGeeks, a non-profit that deploys technology to better achieve peace and human rights with partners around the world.
