Biography
As the associate director of the H.J. Russell Center for Entrepreneurship, Dr. Monlouis is entrusted to define and execute a strategic vision to amplify initiatives for inclusive entrepreneurship so that students from all backgrounds can successfully innovate and create value for themselves, and their communities.
In teaching, Dr. Monlouis shares practical insights gathered from 15 years of experience designing and delivering high-impact leadership development programs on 3 continents. Current and past clients include General Electric, McDonald’s, Kraft Foods, GlaxoSmithKline, DirectTV, and InterTek. Current research interests involve entrepreneurial leadership and organizational learning.
