Isabel Pollen

As well as being an Impact Factory Trainer, Isabel has worked as a performer for more than 20 years and is passionate about developing and nurturing the confidence of every individual. This is true in the training room, on the stage and just about any job she undertakes.

A rich career in the Theatre, TV and Radio for more than 2 decades, Isabel has had a peripatetic life. Amongst many other venues, she has worked on the West End, at the Royal National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company, touring extensively nationwide and worldwide, including the US and the Far East.

She has recently completed a run of ‘Brief Encounter’ in the West End directed by Emma Rice.

Isabel loves group dynamics and the endless possibilities that people have when they become aware of their strengths. This is why she thrives in any communications arena.

People thoroughly enjoy working with her because she is quick to see what''s going on for others and has a real facility for making relevant and useful suggestions for delegates to try.

For Isabel, working with Impact Factory is all about discovering/encouraging the best possible outcome for each individual; the best in both their professional and personal development within the workplace.

Prior to joining Impact Factory, she led numerous workshops in the Corporate, Medical and Education fields where her clients have included Johnson and Johnson Medical, Ehicon, BBC, RADA, Kings College London, Barclays Plc, Kensington Palace, and many Universities and Colleges across America, China, and Japan.

Her work at Impact Factory includes Building Resilience, Train the Trainer, Personal Impact, Presentation, Line Management, Leadership Development and Interview Skills Coaching. She has worked with clients from CDC Group Plc, Coca-Cola, IKEA, UNICEF, Hyundai, Mizuho Bank, British Library, Tryzens, BP Oil International, AETN and BASF among many others.

When not in the training room or on stage, Isabel can often be found pursuing her other passions...yoga, travel and spending time with her partner and two children.
