Background
Hun Lee is an assistant professor of Management and Human Resources in the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. He is a member of first Provost Scholar Assistant Professorship cohort at The Ohio State University. This named professorship is an additional investment by the university in its most promising early-career faculty members. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Michigan State University, his M.S. in Human Resources from Seoul National University, and his B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University.
His research examines leadership effectiveness and diversity management. His research has been published in leading academic journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management. He currently serves on the editorial board of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. His research has appeared in popular press outlets such as Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.
