Biography

NUS Institute of Systems Science

Felicitas is a member of the Project Management Practice at the Institute of System Science, NUS where she teaches and consults in project management practices and soft skills for post graduate students and industry professionals, working with corporate clients to deliver customized training for staff development.

With 21 years of IT experience working in the Defence Science and Technology Agency and National Computer Systems, she has managed and delivered large scale project implementations for defence, homeland security and public sector organizations, in Singapore and the region.

Previous roles held were Divisional Manager, Head Competency Centre, Programme Manager, and Project Director. Her domain focus is defence logistics, homeland security and ERP implementations. She was a key driver in the Enterprise IT enablement of logistics, supply chain, MRO and Finance for MINDEF and the SAF. She has facilitated in Organizational Transformation and been a trainer in Organizational Learning.

Some of the corporate clients whom she has worked with to deliver training include Citibank, VISA international, HDB, URA, Sony, Yokogawa and DSTA.

Felicitas obtained her BBA and Grad Dip in Systems Analysis from NUS, Grad Dip in Leading and Sustaining Change from Singapore Civil Service College, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from Workforce Development Authority. Her professional qualifications include PMP®, CITPM (Senior), Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), Portfolio, Programmes and Project Office (P3O®), BlackBlotTM Product Management. She also holds a Licentiate of the Royal School of Music (LRSM) for Pianoforte Teaching.
