Biography
Hirst, D. Eric, King Ranch Chair for Business Leadership, Sr. Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Department of Accounting. Eric Hirst received his B.A. and M.Acc. from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, and his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. His research and teaching interests include financial accounting, investor and auditor judgment, and decision theory.
