Edward Cox is an accomplished author, having published more than 20 papers on leadership in state and national journals since moving into higher education in 2002. He has presented at over 30 state, regional and national conferences and conventions. He maintains an active research agenda recently publishing papers on emotional intelligence and pay for performance contracts.
