SDA Bocconi School of Management
Davide de Gennaro is Assistant Professor of Organization studies at the University of Salerno. He also works as Temporary Professor at the Italian National School of Administration (SNA) in Rome, as a Contract Researcher at the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan and as an Adjunt Professor at Sant'Anna Institute in Sorrento. He earned a PhD at the University “Parthenope” of Naples and held visiting position at Kedge Business School of Bordeaux. His research focuses on job crafting, public management, and administrative leadership. Davide has authored articles in Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Management Journal, and other scholarly journals.
