Chandra has a wide experience in Software Quality Management as a SQA and SEPG involved in identifying, developing, implementing, verifying the adherence, assessing the effectiveness and improving of the organizational standard software processes with reference to the SW CMM & CMMI Dev Models, ISO 9001 quality system and RUP Framework. He has participated in the SEI's SW CMM - CBAIPI Assessments and CMMI - SCAMPI Class A Appraisals as an Appraisal Team Member. He has led the CMMI Implementation for the IT organization's to achieve the CMMI Maturity Level 3 & Maturity Level 5 and successfully completed the Intermediate Concept of CMMI Dev Model Certification with the excellent grade from Software Engineering Institute, Pittsburgh, USA.
At ISS, Chandra is managing the ISS Quality Management System, teaching the courses in Software Engineering - Quality Management and part of the software process improvement consulting projects.
