BluSkye specialises in consulting on change managment, organisational culture and climate as well as team development and team effectiveness. We provide a comprehensive executive coaching process aimed at assisting organisational executives and managers in their current functionaing and future development. BluSkye also provides psychological assessment services that offer a thorough psychological, competency based and psychometic assessment process for companies wishing to recruit potential employees or develop exisrting staff.
