Brian Veprek

Brian Veprek's role as a Senior Professional Development Advisor has synthesized his background as a classroom teacher and theater artist to cultivate dynamic project-based learning experiences for students, teachers, and school leaders. Brian earned an EdM in Learning and Teaching from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Masters in Philosophy from Columbia University. He taught Theatre Arts, English, and Latin in public and independent schools in the United States and overseas. He believes in the essential work of supporting teachers as they face the challenges of their demanding and fulfilling profession, and provides support through school-embedded coaching as well as signature CPET initiatives, including the New Teacher Network at Teachers College, Literacy Unbound, and the Global Learning Alliance.
