Alberta School of Business
Currently Director of Emergency Management Services for the Alberta Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Brad Andres has extensive experience in safety and emergency management. He was a Safety Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force and later worked as an Emergency Management Officer for the Government of Alberta, where he was responsible for coordinating support from all government departments for communities that were impacted by emergencies and disasters such as pipeline breaks, flooding, and ice storms. In his current role, Brad makes sure that the department has the appropriate response plans in place, as well as staff trained and equipment ready to respond to any animal disease, crop pest, and food safety incidents and emergencies.
