Antoni Ferrer

Toni directs the investments of Boyser, a family office based in Barcelona, ​​where he is responsible for the sourcing of projects, the investment and the monitoring of the investments made. He is also a personal investor in some of them, in which he has carried out advisory tasks in those related to fintech, e-commerce, classifieds, SaaS, and other more traditional sectors.

In addition to being responsible for making investments, his specialization is corporate finance. Toni trained in the London M&A departments of Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. He has completed a master's degree in banking and finance from l'École des HEC (Lausanne) and has an MBA from the London Business School. Antoni has also been a finance professor at ESADE.
