Leonard N. Stern School of Business
Anthony Zangrillo is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Anthony has a broad transactional practice, including capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions transactions and corporate governance matters. His capital markets practice focuses on the representation of sponsors, issuers and underwriters in a range of securities matters, including special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), other equity offerings and investment grade and high yield debt offerings. His practice also includes advising U.S. and international clients on general corporate, securities law, reporting and disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters.
