Anne Miano

Anne Miano is the principal marketing writer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she develops stories about the power of technology to improve the world, organizations and individual lives. She also helps AWS adapt its storytelling to specific audiences and experiment with various forms of storytelling for different media.

Before joining AWS, she worked in PR for leading tech companies, such as Microsoft and Dell, and managed communications for several high-profile technology industry leaders. Miano earned an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Texas, where she was a Michener Fellow. She also received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Davidson College.
