Biography
The King's Fund
Anne-Marie works in the leadership and organisational development team. She is a strategic and transformational leadership development and organisation development practitioner with a wide experience of working in the NHS at national and regional level. She is interested in systems leadership, and how people connect and lead beyond authority. She has a passion for inclusive leadership development. She has been facilitating on the White Allies programme and is an advocate for anti-racist leadership.
Before joining the Fund, Anne-Marie spent eight years as the director of the NHS Leadership Academy in London, before running her own development practice. She is an active white ally in her ambassador role with the Different Women Movement and is a member of the national NHS Health and Care Women Leaders Network guiding group.
Anne-Marie is a qualified coach and has a postgraduate certificate in organisational change management.
