Dr. Aneeta Rattans’ research interests focus on mindsets and intergroup relations (stereotyping, prejudice, and inequity). In one program of research, she studies mindsets that promote belonging, commitment, and achievement among minorities and women in the face of stereotypes and implicit bias. In another program of research, she investigates the mindsets that help individuals, organizations, and societies foster positive interactions among diverse group members (across gender, race/ethnicity, and sexual orientation status), even after incidents of explicit bias.

Dr. Rattan’s research has been published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychological Science, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. She has received multiple research grants from major funding agencies in the United States. Her research has also been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, and the Huffington Post among others.

Dr. Rattan teaches the Managing Organisational Behaviour and Global Leadership and Management courses in the MBA program at London Business School.
