Biography

Hanken School of Economics

Andreas Forsberg is a leadership anthropologist , an observer and a behavioral analyst. He is the founder and CEO of Leading High Performance Ltd. He is passionate about creating an engaging and inspiring working environment where people and ideas thrive. He has worked with leaders from many different nationalities, with different cultural backgrounds representing all functional roles within a truly global company. This has given him a richer perspective on how to lead change and high performance.

With the help of a carefully selected toolbox and through observation, behavioral analysis and feedback, leaders and teams are coached to better understand how their leadership behavior impacts the energies and engagement of people around them - either increasing or decreasing the likelihood of quality dialogue, high performance and extraordinary results. Andreas helps leaders and teams create clarity, focus and commitment to executing a common agenda with urgency and determination.

Andreas is an experienced, energizing and highly engaging speaker, facilitator and coach who will inspire, challenge and provoke his audience.

Andreas is a member of the Global Learning Resource Network at Duke Corporate Education and an accredited Team Management Profile (TMP) facilitator. Before setting up his own company to pursue his dream and his hearts work around leadership development, Andreas had a 12 year career at Nokia where held many different leadership roles - the last one in HR, being globally responsible for the leadership development of future executives.
