Andrea du Plessis is Professional Associate at the University of Pretorias Gordan Institute of Business Science, GIBS, a Clinical Psychologist, Learning and Developemnt specialist, HR Consultant, Coach and Facilitator. She has her Master’s in Clinical Psychology, is a learning specialist with over 30 years’ experience in facilitation, training, organisational development and coaching. She has thousands of hours in coaching at all levels of managemnt and leadership across various organisations and industries globally and locally, both in the private and public business sectors, enabling idividuals and teams enhanced growth and development for many organisations. Andrea designs programmes for leadership and management skillls and knowldege, personal mastery, impactful conversations, mental wellbeing and health, women development, change and team processes, personal growth, business and life coaching. She has a wealth of experience in facilitating and traning in over 25 countries. She worked in the corporate environment for Unilever South African for 10 years and has a deep understanding of the corporate and professional world.

Andrea owned her own Clinical Psychology practice for 18 years with a strong focus on personal growth, clinical psychology, psychotherapy, marital and relationship therapy, depression and anxiety and well-being. Andrea has a deep passion and interest in assisting people to be a 'better version' of themselves, co-creating effective team development and growth with clients to deliver strategy and enhance performance. She has coached on many academic (PGDIP & MBA) and custom programmes for Gibs, for a wide range of industries since 2005.
