Hertie School of Governance

Marlene Jugl is a Doctoral Student at the Hertie School of Governance. Her dissertation examines the influence of country size on the efficiency of national political and administrative systems. Marlene has studied political science, public administration and French at the University of Potsdam, the University of Warsaw and Sciences Po Lyon. She has worked at the German Federal Ministry of Finance and the German Embassy in South Africa and has worked as a research assistant and teaching assistant.
