I am in charge of financial controlling of the Gas & Power department of Galp, a company I''ve been with for 9 years. My role includes contacting people, collaborating and motivating my team - I enjoy the latter the most. I take inspiration from various sources to solve the complex challenges my job poses. As an incurable enthusiast, I am passionate about my work, my company and my friends, and love to support innovative ideas and turn them into real success cases.

The question that keeps me on my toes is: “what can I do to create a different world?” It’s an important motivating factor for me, which feeds into my love for making change happen to improve the world. I am constantly in search for angles that challenge my thinking and actions, to improve myself and build new skills, always towards becoming a better leader.
