Biography

Alex is Senior Research Fellow and Research Coordinator for ALSET. He has a strong interest for Adult Learning, Lifelong Learning Policies and Digital Skills. Alex holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and a M.Sc. in Sociology (both from Sciences Po, Paris). His research brought him to Oxford and Chicago on top of a comparative study in France. He worked several years as an Administrative Director at Sciences Po and as a lecturer for French universities and American programmes in Paris before moving to Singapore in 2016. Alex has a strong experience in research administration and he managed many international partnerships for Sciences Po, INSEAD and NUS.
