Description

Importance of maintenance function is a significant tool in the constant quest for excellence and the balance needed to maintain machinery in excellent condition and minimizing non-productive time is not easy. Failure to achieve this balance results in unnecessary loss of money and manpower. This course is focused on providing a thorough understanding of planning and scheduling of maintenance management.

This course will introduce the attendee to practices and concepts that are being used to effectively manage maintenance in world-class process plants. It will also introduce the participants to the framework for maintenance excellence and a business model for managing maintenance.

Course Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course, the delegates will be able to:

  • Obtain knowledge on the modern maintenance management
  • Learn Modern maintenance techniques and methodologies that conform to the fast growing industries in the world
  • Use total maintenance strategy and benchmarking with world class industries to increase maintenance performance and cost effectiveness

  • Human resources management of change in future maintenance management
  • Beware to system operation and maintenance procedures that is not optimized by RCM procedure that can caused catastrophic accidents to the assets
