HOW IT WORKS
This four-day program is for executives, managers, and professionals new to leading teams and ready to expand their influence. Participants must complete a series of pre-course assessments at least four weeks prior and solicit input from at least 10 individuals. In this highly active program, you’ll build team leadership skills designed to empower you and your team to achieve greater business results. This course applies to the Roberto C. Goizueta Leadership Certificate and qualifies as an elective for the C-Suite and Advanced Certificates.
