About the course
Effective Innovation Management is essential for all organisations as it allows them to react to emerging opportunities in a cutting edge way, offering strategic, competitive advantages compared to their competitors.
In this 5-day course you will examine the processes and activities involved in managing different types of innovations in organisations: product, service, information systems and business models. You will gain an understanding of both strategic and operational issues that affect the innovation process and determine the range of barriers and challenges to managing innovation.
As part of this course you will participate in a design workshop on Day 5 which explores design thinking tools and techniques that you could apply to support your innovation management process.
