About the course

The training, Improving Employee Performance: Correcting, Coaching and Counseling is designed to give participants an increased understanding of how to lead in managing performance improvements in others. The course introduces different human styles that can be used for developing productive manager relationships and identifies and provides practice on techniques in correcting performance and coaching and counseling people to make improvements in their own performance. Every leader has situations which call for motivating, coaching, correcting, counseling or solving problems with their people. This training assists in identifying and learning techniques to establish a more productive work force using these concepts
