About the course

This program will address the best of current practice in the main areas of responsibility of the HR or Personnel function. This will include such issues as recruitment and selection, retention, disciplinary and grievance issues, performance management, training and development and the use of competencies.

The course will also address the main skills required in Personnel/HR Assistants in order to carry out these responsibilities. This will include influencing skills, assertiveness and presentation skills, coaching and counselling and handling conflict.

This program will show you how to build good internal relationships and how to work within an HR function that meets the needs the organization and the employees.
