Senior executives and C-Suite leaders rarely face issues that come with a specific title such as “marketing”, “finance” or “HR”. Rather, they deal with complex issues that cut across such functional categories.

The content and curriculum of the Advanced Management Programme are organised as an integrated learning process that enables you – a senior organisational executive leader – to engage systematically with complex strategic issues.

The learning process is designed to support three interlinking leadership themes: the Strategic Leader, the High-Performance Leader and the Self-Aware Leader. Together, these support an aspiration to be “insightfully aware” in every area of your leadership. As part of understanding your authenticity as a leader, we aim to take you on a personal journey to develop "Insightful Awareness" of your strengths, weaknesses, hidden drivers and blockers of the changes you want to make.

Our objective is to develop the most effective C-Suite leaders possible and open your mind to new ways of thinking, acting and leading.


Most strategic decisions ought to be contingent on sweeping, long-term changes in politics, economics, technology, globalisation, social attributes and talent management. Remarkably, several of these trends seem to be fairly stable over the long-term, while displaying short-term perturbations. Topics include:

The Advanced Management Programme seeks to cast a spotlight on the way senior leaders strategically and insightfully exercise their leadership, behaviours and judgement at every level. Three unique elements of the programme are designed to achieve this:


The "Strategic Encounter" enables strategic thinking, change, creativity, innovation, disruption, decision-making and communication to come into focus for you and your organisation. This will help you set and execute strategic priorities and initiatives.


A deeply integrated process of individual leadership development and transformation that intertwines with workshops, coaching, feedback, reflection and proprietary diagnostics.


Where the learning and development activities, content, tools and process of the four weeks continuously intersect across strategic leadership, high-performance leadership and self-aware leadership – connecting self, team, and organisation.

The Advanced Management Programme is designed for senior executives, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs and heads of product divisions, geographical regions or other major business units within the private or public sectors.

Senior executives without current managerial responsibilities and business consultants with senior-level client experience are invited to discuss their candidacy with the programme advisor.
