Building Entrepreneurial Ventures

How do firms manage creativity and structure ideas? Examine the venture process within the context of people, ideas and plans.

Strategy Definition and Implementation

Look at how to build competitive advantage based on industry analysis, positioning and sustainability. Review how companies successfully create and capture value and manage strategic change.

Markets and Marketing

Tructure and calendar

The AMP Sao Paulo is structured around ten modules at ISE Business School in Sao Paulo. Additionally, there is a week-long module delivered at IESE Barcelona.

Two days Module

Short modules in Sao Paulo deliver intense learning experiences interspersed with opportunities to implement new approaches and concepts back at the helm of your organization.

One week Module

You will spend one intensive week in Barcelona exploring key trends, concepts and your own business challenges through open dialogue and action learning with peers and IESE faculty.
