Yann Le Fur holds an M.Sc. degree from HEC Paris.
Yann has been teaching corporate finance at HEC for 15 years in the Grande Ecole, MBA and executive education programs. He is the co-author of Corporate Finance: Theory and Practice, a (Wiley), Frequently Asked Questions in Corporate Finance (Wiley) and of Finance d''entreprise (Dalloz); and of 2 newsletters with around 60.000 subscribers devoted to corporate finance.Yann also participates actively to two websites (www.vernimmen.com and www.vernimmen.net) which receive more than 7,500 visits a day.
Yann Le Fur benefits from a 15 years experience in investment banking (Paribas, Schroders, Citigroup, Mediobanca). He advised a large number of corporates and banks for mergers and acquisition transactions (the privatisation of Crédit Lyonnais and its acquisition by Crédit Agricole, disposal of Vivendi Publishing, disposal of Cereol, LBO on Générale de Santé, ...). He also participated to a number of capital market transactions and loan syndications.
