Nima Bari is a Data Scientist and Researcher, and a Lecturer at Georgetown University. Nima has over eight years of teaching experience in subjects such as C, C++, Java, database management, data mining, machine learning, data ethics, research design and application for data analysis, network engineering, and wireless networks.

In industry, Nima has fifteen years of experience in information technology, architecting cutting-edge network infrastructure, and designing data engineering management platforms in larger corporations, internet service providers, and federal agencies. She has lead teams in building big data algorithms as solutions to applications in health analytics, social network analysis, financial fraud prediction, multimedia data analytics, and data analytics in internet of things.
