Wendy Kritt is Chief Marketing Operations Officer and a Lecturer of Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. She is an accomplished Marketing executive with a record of excellence and transformational leadership. During her 30 year career at Kraft Foods, Wendy held leadership positions in Brand Management, Brand Activation, Shopper Marketing, and Consumer Relations. Her last position was the Sr. Director, Consumer Relations, Activation and Culinary for the Kraft Heinz Company. Wendy has led teams of over 100 internal and external professionals, and is known for building strong connections among brands, consumers, and customers. Wendy established Kraft as a leader in social media listening/engagement, customer service outreach and social intelligence as she envisioned and launched the state of the art "Looking Glass" Social Media Center. Wendy has global leadership experience, leading teams in Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

Wendy graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Social Psychology from Tufts University and received her MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. During her business career, she kept close ties to Kellogg through partnering on several case studies and guest lecturing on social media, social responsibility, and consumer insight topics.

Wendy is currently Board Vice-Chair and a Consultant with the Executive Service Corps of Chicago (ESC), a non-profit consulting group that enhances the overall impact of Chicago area non-profits through professional, affordable consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, board effectiveness, and leadership development.
