Biography

UNSW Business School

Wendy is a registered psychologist, management consultant and executive coach, and has facilitated on the MBA (Executive) since 1999. She has written a number of modules used on the program in the areas of leadership, coaching, ethics and diversity.

Her facilitation expertise has been widely recognised, earning her the Marcus Cohen Teaching Award at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and the Excellence in Teaching Award from the University of Sydney.

She offers a strong blend of academic knowledge along with an in-depth knowledge of organisational behaviour and day-to-day challenges, from her experience as a line manager in the hotel and retail chain industries.

Wendy has assisted organisations in the public and private sector to adopt change for sustainable futures and was heavily involved in the reform of state and local government organisations to a more commercial environment.
