NUS Institute of Systems Science

Vincent is the CTO of Voyager Innovations Singapore, a company that builds digital innovations to transform growth markets. Some of these innovations include the award-winning TackThis (an omnichannel store-builder and marketplace-builder), and PayMaya (a popular Philippines digital payment provider). Formerly known as PayWhere when it was a startup incubated by NUS Enterprise and Red Dot Ventures, the company was awarded the inaugural Best Tech Company to Work For in 2015 by the Singapore Computer Society (SCS).

As one of the pioneers of the World’s first standard on Last Mile Delivery (TR46), Vincent is a member of the TR46 Standard Working Committee, and is concurrently the Chairman of the Digital Commerce Interest Group, and Vice-Chairman of the Electrical, Electronics and Allied Industries (EEAI) Industry Group of the SMF.
