Executive School of Management, Technology and Law

Vincent Kronenberger is Legal Secretary (Référendaire) of Advocate General P. Mengozzi at the Court of Justice of the European Union, Luxembourg, since 2006. He joined the Court of Justice in 2003, working with Judge P. Mengozzi at the Court of First Instance of the EC. Prior to joining the Court, he was Officer at the EFTA Surveillance Authority in Brussels, mainly dealing with free movement of capital and freedom of establishment within the EFTA pillar of the EEA, as well as EU company law and consumer law directives extended to the EEA. He also worked as Officer in the European Commission (DG Internal Market), Brussels and as Senior Researcher at the TMC Asser Institute, The Hague. Kronenberger has obtained a doctoral degree in law (Dr.iur.) from the University of Toulouse (France) in 1999. He is also assistant associate professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Luxembourg since 2010.
