Uwe Hilzenbecher

Uwe Hilzenbecher is a self-employed management consultant and trainer with a focus on strategic management and innovation management. Formerly he was a systems engineer at EADS, a business unit manager at Diehl Avionics, director of corporate strategy and strategic marketing at Siemens Dematic. He was professor and head of “Industrial Engineering and Business Administration” studies at the University of Applied Sciences, Constance (Germany). He holds a PhD in business sciences from Martin Luther University, Halle-Wittenberg. During 30 years of professional activity Uwe Hilzenbecher has carried through hundreds of projects in 20 industries and 25 countries worldwide.
