Ulrich Goeres

As Attorney-at law, Dr. Göres is advising financial institutions, rating agencies, FinTechs and corporates especially on aspects in capitals markets, governance, non-financial risk and Compliance. Key areas are the implementation of high profile legal and regulatory initiatives such as MiFID II, Market Abuse II, PRIIPS, the 5th EU AML Directive as well as sanctions & embargoes.

Besides these activities, Dr. Göres has been the founder and is still acting as Managing Director for the Certified Compliance Programme in Frankfurt am Main | Germany, is publishing and lecturing regularly on legal topics and is a member of the Board of the Anti-Financial Crime Alliance (AFCA).
