Tracey Levison is an experienced instructor who specializes in experiential learning by facilitating programs that focus on team building and leadership development. Tracey has a Philosophy Degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Society for Training & Development. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Trainer. In her spare time Tracey volunteers as a lead coach for Future Possibilities, an organization designed to foster the growth of children who exhibit amazing potential but lack resources to achieve their goals.

After years of experience working with teams and leaders she honed her expertise in the field of organizational development and culture change. Tracey creates people management solutions for companies that focus on finding dormant opportunities, refocusing them and putting them into action. Tracey is a trained psychotherapist and has expertise in Psychometric Profiles and Emotional Intelligence.
