Martina Richter, Diplombetriebswirtin (FH)/ HR Management and MBA, worked six years for a consulting company with focus on market entry strategies in China. Since 2009, she offers trainings (higher education didactic, social skills and methodological competence) and the moderation of workshops (e.g. strategy, project kick off/ kick out, reorganization) for enterprises and academic institutions.
